WINTER WEATHER ADVISARY - for all scheduled appointments - During any period of inclement weather the homeowner must confirm they are shoveled out, and ready to receive the service. Homeowner must make themselves available via phone or text the morning of the job to confirm the same.  Failure to do so may be deemed at the discretion of Bob Sidoti Floors as a customer no show.  Bob Sidoti Floors does not guarantee the ability to drive our trucks and trailers through snow/ice/precipitation mix because it's hazardous.   

In an effort to keep our pricing consistent, a $60 fuel-surcharge will be added to every invoice.

******** We schedule on a 1st commitment basis. Time may be secured on our calendar with a fully refundable credit card deposit.  Re-scheduling is permitted to another available date. 

All cancellations must be made via email 10 business days prior to commencement date of job.  All cancellations inside the 10 day period will be cause for forfeiture of deposit for lost labor.  In addition, job day customer no-shows will be responsible for fuel and other business expenses if applicable. Once inside the 10 day period, re-scheduling is limited to 1-time, a specific re-scheduling date is not guaranteed as it may already be booked with another customer.  All work scheduled inside the 10 day period is not eligible for a deposit refund.  By submitting this form you acknowledge you have read our FAQ's and and agree to this policy.
